Review from last part: The Black Order discovers two mysterious hooded figures outside the front gate who are asking to come into the order. Worried that these figures may be somehow a threat to them, Komui sends out Allen and Lenalee to investigate. The exorcists go outside as told and approach the two hooded people. Allen continually asks who the figures are when one of them asks his name. Allen answers the mysterious person and before Allen can do anything, the figure rips off their cloak and the exorcist boy is suddenly glomped by a pretty, young girl. Confused by the situation, Allen asks the girl for her name now. She then says "You don't remember me?" and Allen then suddenly realizes that the girl before him was none other then his childhood friend from years ago, Chihiro Hoshakuji. Chihiro explains to Allen that she and her father had been traveling for a while (the other hooded figure was her dad) and that they wish to stay at the Black order for she is afraid that Akuma will attack her and her father just as they had done the old village that had lived in before. She also reveals to Allen that the town Allen and her use to line in as children, had been destroyed by Akuma. Allen hesitates before answering...

Storyline:
"Please Allen...We need a place to stay so we'll be safe from akuma. I figured the Black order is the only place that is truly safe so we came here..."
Allen sighed and rubbed the back of his head, sheepishly, "Chihiro, how did you come to learn of the Order in the first place?" The fifteen year old shot a somewhat suspicious glance at his childhood friend before him. The girl smiled,
"An exorcist informed me a while back. When our old town was attacked by akuma a few months ago, a smoking hot man with long, red hair and a mask--"
Allen jumped at hearing the red hair and mask comment, "D-DID YOU SAY LONG RED HAIR?!" Chi nodded.
"Yeah, and he wore a weird ma--"
Allen shuddered in fear and put up a hand, telling his friend not to go on, "N-Never mind...I don't really wanna know about it if you talked to who I think you did..." The boy groaned, "Anyways, as for whether or not, you two can stay here, I--"
"Don't be an idiot, short stack. Of course they can't stay here."
The others jolted at the sound of a voice behind them and they turned around. Lenalee and Allen instantly frowned,
"Kanda." Allen looked at the blue-haired exorcist standing before him and cursed at the wind. Why did Kanda, of all times and places, had to show up NOW? It made Allen feel sick...the swordsman wasn't exactly the most friendly person in the world...and if he had overheard anything of what Chihiro had asked, then things would get ugly real fast.
Chihiro felt her eyes widen at what she saw. A man with long, blue hair in a ponytail and carrying a sword was standing in front of the gate. He had a dark glare painted on his face...somehow he didn't seem too nice of a guy. He snorted,
"If neither of these people are carrying innocence with them or are accommodaters of innocence, then they OBVIOUSLY can't be allowed to stay here. You should know that short stack." Kanda huffed at Allen. The boy glared back,
"But Kanda, they're old friends of mine and Chihiro is afraid that they'll be attack--"
"Who gives a damn? That's really THEIR problem, isn't it? It isn't our job to babysit some wimps like them." Kanda lookd over at Chihiro and clenched his sword with his hand, "Now get lost. Both of y--"
"It isn't YOUR job to decide whether or not they can stay here!! You're not Komui!!" Allen screamed, marching up to Kanda in anger. Chihiro, Kyonshi, and Lenalee watched in awe. Allen continued on, "It IS our job, however, to protect innocent humans from the akuma!!"
Clenching his teeth, Kanda stepped forward and took hold of Allen's collar, "You don't KNOW if they're 'innocent humans' . For all we know, they could be akuma in disguise!" Allen felt as though he could blow up.
"They are NOT akuma! My eye would sense it if they were! And the gate keeper would be able to tell as well!!" The two teens continued to bicker on and on as the others watched in interest. Inside the order, Komui and the other scientists were viewing the event outside from their computer screen (I don't know what its called but I do remember in ep 1 or 2 they had something that allowed them to view the front gates from inside the order)
"Oh my..." Komui placed a hand over his mouth as he watched Allen and Kanda go at it through the screen.
"Dear God, this has become such a mess..." Reever looked at the other scientists, who all nodded in agreement.
Adjusting his glasses, Komui looked back at the screen in a serious fashion, "They keep arguing over whether or not that girl and her father can stay here but...isn't that MY job to decide??" The chief sweat dropped and sighed.
-Back outside the order-
"SHORT STACK!"
"MY NAME IS ALLEN!! GET IT RIGHT YOU PONYTAIL-WEARING FREAK!!"
"You HONESTLY think I'd listen to YOU?! You amateur, I'll--"
Lenalee sighed and looked over at Chi and her dad. Smiling apologetically, the green-haired girl touched Chihiro's shoulder, "I'm REALLY sorry about all this...Kanda especially. Hes always like this so..."
Chihiro shook her head and laughed hysterically, "It's totally fine! Although, Its Allen's behavior I'm shocked at. Three years ago, Allen was never this forward with anyone so somehow, I'm glad to see he can stand up to someone like Ponytail there." The fighting immediately stopped. Everything went silent...
Slowly turning, Kanda looked over at Chihiro and glared intensely as fire surrounded him, "What the HELL did you just call me?"
The blonde blinked, then pointed a finger, "I called you Ponytail, Ponytail!" Again, everything went silent...
"Chihiroooo...." Kyonshi looked at his daughter with a knowing look and shook his head, "Don't call people things like that. It's rude."
Chihiro then threw her arms up into the air, "But Daddddd, look at the guy!!" Quickly, Chi grabbed Kanda by the ponytail and pointed at it, "Look! This DUDE looks like a CHICK with this thing!! The only thing he needs to complete his look is a little, pink BOW!" Again, Chihiro laughed. Lenalee felt her jaw drop to the ground.
-Inside the order-
The scientists jaw dropped as well. Silence...
"...Oh no she didn't!" Johnny shouted, snapping his fingers. Reever grabbed his head in fear,
"Awww HELL, that girl is gonna get her ass killed!! Dammit, chief, we have to--" Turning around, Reever looked to Komui...he did an anime fall. Komui was sound asleep at his desk. The other scientists looked over and fell to the ground as well.
-Outside-
"O___O;" Lenalee and Allen were now standing a great ways away from Kanda and Chi. The two exorcists had even grabbed Kyonshi and pulled him away from all the hell that was about to break loose...
Allen swallowed big, "Oh damnnnnn....Chihiro, you really shouldn't have been so blunt with Kanda...especially about his looks..."
Lenalee brought her hands up in prayer position, "Oh please, PLEASE don't let Kanda hit her..." Allen looked to his friend with a WTF face,
"HIT HER? I'm more afraid that Kanda's going to STAB her!!" Kyonshi looked at Allen and also prayed....
-With Kanda and Chi-
...Complete silence filled the air. Tilting her head, Chihiro poked Kanda's chest, "Hey, what happened? Did I break you when I yanked on your ponytail?"
"...."
"Heyyyyy *poke poke*.....Ello? Ponytail, you okay?"
"...................................."
"O_O Hey..."
Kanda continued to glare as hard as he could at her. Chihiro put on a thinking face then snapped her fingers. Smiling devilishly, the girl got up VERY close to Kanda,
"Hey Mr Grumpy pants~ You're gonna get your face stuck that way if you--" Chihiro reached out a hand to touch Kanda's face...
-Grab!-
"....DON'T.TOUCH.ME." Letting go of the girl's wrist, Kanda turned and then looked back, "You and your father don't belong here. You're not exorcists so get the hell out. You'll get in our way if you stay here...So go back to that town of yours..." Kanda looked down, "Better yet..." The teen's glare grew more hateful, "Why don't you do us all a favor and go get killed by that akuma you're so afraid of?" Kanda walked back through the gate and was soon out of site...
Chihiro stood there, motionless. "...Damn."
Allen ran up to Chihiro and frowned, "Sorry about him...Why don't I take you guys inside so you can meet our supervisor Komui? He's the head scientist and he'll decide whether or not you can stay here." Allen grinned and patted his friends head.
Chihiro nodded, "Okay!"
"Arigatou, Allen." Kyonshi smiled, politely. Allen nodded back and opened the doors to the gate then led them inside.
Following after Allen, Chihiro looked to the ground,
"It isn't our job to take in wimps like them."
Chihiro bit her lip,
"Why don't you do us all a favor and go get killed by that akuma you're so afraid of."
The blonde rubbed her arm uncomfortably, 'Damn...aside from his attitude, that Kanda guy seemed pretty cool..." She looked up and blushed, '...and handsome.'
"Hey Chihiro, you okay?" Chihiro looked forward to see Allen looking back at her. She faked a smile,
"Oh...yeah, I'm fine." Chihiro looked back down, "...totally fine..." And for some reason...the girl suddenly felt as if she would cry...

Another thing no one who is japanese or have japanese blood/japanese mixed do not have strawberry blonde hair.Japanese or mix always have black, brown, or tan hair.Now the ones in D Gray Man do not count for different reasons (Not gonna name them all)
Also the majority population of Japan was obliterated by Akuma.The only "known" survivor of that harsh and cold event is Kanda Yuu.
